Problem with printing a .stl file using Cura

Hello.

I have a problem with printing a (.stl) file from Cura with Ultimaker2+ Printer.

When I printed  a (gode file)  from SD card, It has been printed  properly.

Then, I decided to use Cura to slice a model (.stl) and send it via USB to the same  printer. Unfortunately, the printer did not work properly, and the bed  did not move up and there is no heating up of the bed.

I have tried many .stl files, I got the same problem.

Moreover, I printed the same .stl file  with Ultimaker3, it has been printed properly.

I would appreciate it if anyone could help me to fix this problem.

Thank you in advance.

The Ultimaker 2 (and newer) printers don't officially support printing via USB. If you want to print via USB anyway, you have to change the GCode flavor from "Ultimaker 2" to "Marlin". This will - among other things - let you select materials in Cura instead of on this printer. It will also add a start gcode snippet to the gcode, which is missing with the "Ultimaker 2" flavor.
