Hello,

I'm looking for ideas on how to maybe fix a display that is not working well.  The UM S3 is a touchscreen interface and is not responding to touch anymore.  A firmware update occurred in Feb and I have been unable to interact with my UM S3 since. I have tried the Micro SD recovery and the display is still not responding.

I have also tried different Brand new HDMI cables from the display to the board and no change. Display sometimes will respond to touch if I hold my finger on it. But it is hit or miss on whether is responds the way I ask it too.

 

Please does anyone have any suggestions.  I have contacted my reseller support and they suggest I replace the display but I am unable to locate any replacement parts for the display.  My printer is out of warranty.  Any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreaciated.

    Contact the reseller again, even if they don't list the display on their website they can order it for you.
    All official resellers can order OEM parts not listed on their website's.
