Seems to be a cura problem... Still not sure why these are happening though. The wall is 3mm thick with 2 wall line count. Ive tried adjusted my line widths, amount of walls, my wall speeds, flow equilzation ratio, wall accelerations/jerk. None of those settings seem to have any effect on making the flow in those areas consistent with the rest of the outer wall.

    The issue turned out to be my "Overhang wall speed" and "Overhang wall angle." I had them set to 50 degrees at 50% and the letters had small overhangs that the printer was adjusting the speed and therefore the flow. When I set those values to 90 degrees at 100% the flow changes went away.
