Ultimaker S5 0.25 core help

I have been trying to print 2 parts using our S5 0.25mm nozzle I keep seeing the same issue with the prints. somewhere about halfway through the print, the Flow sensor trips (I think due to the filament being retracted too far up and not stepped back into position). I have successfully printed one of the parts by turning off retraction, but that won't work with the other part and I was looking for some settings to try to edit to get the parts printed without removing retraction.

its not clogged, and recently cleaned out the Knurl feeders. The flow sensor seems good too (turning it off causes another expected issue).

the settings i used last are:

(cura 5.3.0)

Fine - Engineering - 0.1mm

Print speed: 20.0mm

retraction distance 2.0mm

retraction speed: 20.0mm

(cura 4.13.1):

same as above.

only thing to not between Cura versions is the 5.3.0 failed right away, but if it got past that point it would finish the job, 4.13.1 dosent fail till halfway though, and i cant seem to get it to finish from there.

i attached a picture with my most recent finished print (white part) and most recent failed print (cant attach files).

thanks
