Cura how do I change start point of wall/layer ?

There is very thin section in my model about 0.35-0.56 mm.

I was trying to get continuous smooth line, but wall always start at that thin section. it creates discontinued layer line.

any idea how I can make it start at some other point in model. I tried searching in forum for solution but didn't find any.

it was something about z seam alignment tried custom settings, random it doesn't work.

 

 

I want to get smooth line (no white dots over there) it creates gaps in model.

 

 

using Random settings only affect other layer except layers that I care about.
