Hi Everyone,

 

I am facing issue with my UMS5+material station. Feeding and printing seems to be working smoothly. But, when the print is finished and the filament needs to be retracted I run into ''Material error'' stating that filament is stuck, a wizard needs to be proceeded. 

 

After finalizing the wizard, filament is forwarded etc... everything works fine again.

 

I have checked the process of unloading. Seems like the material station is unloading the material but in the same moment the feeder is staying still resulting in the filament not moving... this happens only on feeder 1

Maybe feeder 1 needs to be replaced? or communication problems are there? how would anyone approach this issue?
