You've got some strange things going on in the corners of the stl which is probably causing this to slice the way it does.

    The problem was that the fillet was 1mm and the ledge was 1.5mm.  The ledges ran into each other and Cura had a problem with that.  Changed the fillet radius to 1.5mm to match the ledge, and Bob's your uncle.
