Cura slicing a solid

I've got a shell with a deep pocket.  Towards the open end, I have a ridge running around the inside of the shell.

 

When I look at the stl file in the Prepare view it is fine.

When I slice it, it's solid to the ridge.

You've got some strange things going on in the corners of the stl which is probably causing this to slice the way it does.

The original is on the left.  The one on the right was repaired with MS 3D Builder.

The problem was that the fillet was 1mm and the ledge was 1.5mm.  The ledges ran into each other and Cura had a problem with that.  Changed the fillet radius to 1.5mm to match the ledge, and Bob's your uncle.
