UM2 - Select filament diameter from tune menu

It would be nice to be able to change the filament diameter from the tune menu. Otherwise the print must be aborted in order to select a material preset. And what's worse, if a material preset isn't present, it must be created first. Quite a few steps if one wants to only change the filament diameter before a print.

Would be convenient to have but can't you cheat it by adjusting flow? Requires a wee bit of math of course.

Yeah well, I don't want to fetch my calculator when I am starting the print It is all about convenience. Adding material presets was due to convenience too. Although I rarely use material presets.
