Help

My beloved UM2 has developed a Temp Sensor Bed Stop Error, just when I need to print some parts for a job.

I am going to check for loose connections, but any other ideas ?

I had the same problem. It was a bad solder joint on the bed. Remove the 3 levelling screws and the 2 screws holding the power cable down. Flip the bed over and reheat the 4 solder joints. The bigger two wires are power. The smaller two wires are for the temp sensor.

This failure has occurred usually at the solder joints but it can also be on the screw downs that hold the wires here or at the other end (on the PCB).

    I have Fixed the problem.

Following the hint from gr5 i removed the build plate after checking the connections to the controller card and re tightened the screws holding the 4 cables to the block under the build plate.

It all seems to be working correctly now.

    Many thanks for the help.
