Yes, you are in "speed view" so it looks odd. In "Line Type" view you would see that that "extra material" is the support structure.

thanks for the fast reply ,
yes here's the .3mf file and a screenshot of Line type view also i try slicing it with Cura version 5.3
That screenshot looks exactly correct. You cannot print over air so Cura is building a support structure to hold the plastic up. It's an anti-gravity device that will keep the shoulders of that model from turning into a pile of spaghetti.
Here is a view from the underside. All the red areas require support or they will fail.
lust a heads up.
version 5.2.1 does not add that part.

Could you provide the Cura project file (.3mf, go to File > Save Project in Cura) so we could have a look at the print settings? that almost looks like a tree support that has no idea where it's going (so if that's on, you could always try turning it off, but that's a wild guesstimate, so probably not that).
Also: if that preview screenshot has colour scheme set to speed, can you please change the colour scheme to line type for screenshots so we can see what sort of part it thinks it's doing?
Finally: Cura 5.4 does have some known bugs when it comes to slicing. Try slicing the same model in 5.3 and see if it's any different.
