If you slice it in 5.4.0 with a 0.4 nozzle you will see that it appears to be "expected behavior". The larger nozzle seems to be making the difference. In 4.13.1 there is no difference when changing the nozzle size.
This is 5.4.0 with a 0.4 nozzle/Line Width. Travel moves are turned on.
The only change here was the nozzle size and Line Width to 0.6.
This is 4.13.1 with a 0.6 nozzle. Travels are turned on.
It looks like something is broken in "Combing".
