There's a bunch of settings in Cura that could potentially affect this. If you could provide the Cura project file (.3mf, go to File > Save Project in Cura) that would be great.
Also a couple of things:
Have you tried a more recent version of Cura? The version you're using is nearly 10 months old and isn't a stable release to begin with.
Have you looked at the g-code to see if the code produced is the correct size?
Have you tried printing directly from the printer (using an SD card)?
Have you updated the software on your Pi (especially Octoprint) in the last week? There was a new version of Octoprint released yesterday.
Have you updated your printer's firmware recently?

In the Cura 5.8 stable release, everyone can now tune their Z seams to look better than ever. Method series users get access to new material profiles, and the base Method model now has a printer profile, meaning the whole Method series is now supported in Cura!
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications
