  2. The Digital Factory team has deployed a fix for the pin code not appearing problem. It should be possible to manually disconnect/connect printers from Digital Factory. If you had trouble before, first disconnect, and then use the Connect menu option again. Thank you for your patience.
  3. The Digital Factory team is looking into this. Thanks for reporting this. We'll keep you up to date on the progress.
  4. If you see this problem and you are not planning to use your printer with Digital Factory right now, what you can do is go into the menu on the printer, go to the cog ⚙ tab, select "Network", scroll down to the "Digital Factory" option. There you can tell the printer to Disconnect. That should stop the printer from trying to connect and producing the pin code message. Those instructions are S3 and S5 printers. The same option exists for UM3 printers, under System menu, then Network, then Digital Factory.
  5. If the printer changed IP address, it should sooner or later figure out where the printer and camera URL is. If it doesn't, then my best advice is restart the printer(s) and try again.
  6. As a general rule our goal is to have errors messages and warning which appear on the printer to also be shown within the MyCloud environment. Simon
