Thin spaced out lines

I attached an image of what I am talking about. I have tried changing slicer settings, I have tried manually leveling my bed, adjusting temperatures (bed and extruder) I have set the temps according to the spool of filament I have, and I tried different filament.

Any suggestions on what to fix here?

That looks to me a lot like the bottom of a support structure. Are you using supports in your print? Or sometimes your model can end up floating above the bed (which would make it build support up to it) if it loads in a weird position. Before you next try and print, select your object, open the Move tool on the left and make sure Z is set to 0.
