UM Original heater catridge for UM2?

Hi everyone,

I am currently waiting for a replacement heater cartridge for my UM2 but I have some urgent prints waiting...

While I am waiting for the spare part I could get a heater cartridge from an Ultimaker Original as a workaround. Would that work?

Hello Sebastian,

That won't work, the UM2 has a completely different hot-end.

Hi Ian, I filed the first support ticket on 11th this month. Marrit passed it on to logistics department and expected they will ship it in the beginning of this week. So I am hoping each day for arrival :smile:
