My S3 showed a strange behaviour. After the printer complained about differing heights on the print cores, the printer complained with "Print core error" Print core in head slot 1-2 is taking too long to warm up" The printer was then rebooted with the menu button and after restart the printer temperature on core 2 kept going up reaching 320 degrees with the set point and heater for core 2 set to 0. (viewed in the temperature graphs). Holding onto the tip showed a slight drop in the temperature subsequently creeping up again. Yes, I can handle quite some heat. A complete power cycle did not change anything. Only after removing the core with the error, because the normal procedure was stuck on waiting the core to cool down, the problem was solved.

Who can explain this? What can be done to fix this?
