Error trying to start Cura

I get an error message  on starting application :

ImportError: DLL load failed while importing QtWidgets: The specified procedure could not be found.

 

 

I reinstalled Windows10 64 bit,  it is completely updated.  I was able to install other slicers, and they run fine.

This was reported earlier. but was  prematurly completed because of  windows being older versions.

The Error message is now gone after the latest update.  KB4023057.
