I need to know what wrong i did or any settings which is disturbed.

Why is my Ulti Maker 3D Printer s7 producing uneven layers?

How can I fix the issue not extruding filament properly?

Please guide!

The print has inconsistent layer heights with some layers looking thicker than others, and there are visible gaps. I'm sharing the image.

Please post a photo.  Uneven layer heights are usually caused by having an old machine with dirty z screw(s).  What happens is the bed moves down more sometimes than other's.  Putting a break or other heavy object towards the back of the bed well after the print has started can sometimes fix the issue or at least make it better enough to convince you of the issue.

This is rare on machines less than 2 months old.
