Problem with the material in extruder 1 (change of the spool)

When I replaced the material spool with a new one because was empty and I tried to print again, appeared the next message.

I've verified everything Ultimaker mentions on the support page but it's ok.

The other time it happened the same, I checked all the suggestions that Ultimaker does and it wasn't occurring anything wrong. Then, without explanation, the printer worked.

I disabled the flow sensor and now it is working but I know that it's a temporary solution

Do you know what could be happening?

Thank you!

    Is the filament chewed up?

When was the last time your front fan was cleaned?

Is the tension on your feeder sent ot the mid point?

Is the filament chewed up? No, just marked by the wheel

When was the last time your front fan was cleaned? I checked the fan and retired all the filament strands bus the problem still there

Is the tension on your feeder sent ot the mid point? Yes
