With the power off, grab the build plate on the sides at the back and lift. Alternatively, grab the big screw by hand and twist it until you can get the glass plate out. :-)
or just turn on the UM2, try to raise the buildplate in the advanced settings and let the buildplate run against the glasplate with a really bad and loud noise 5 times, until you contact the ultimaker support! (like me)
