Support can "bleed" a bit into areas where it should not go. The code that generates the support material is broken in a lot of ways. Including this one. The XY support distance parameter effects this.

    I experienced that in 14.03 not always support structures are created, regardless which setting of support is chosen.

    Attached link to an example of a simple figurine created in Tinkercad where the "arms" are not touching the build-plate. No support structure is created which results in an unprintable part... Actually I don't know if this worked in a prev. version.

    Today I asked Cura to create these, and it sort of did, but not really. I started to print a type of support but then gave up. The rest of the print was perfect.

    I hope this gets fixed, I can't be arsed to build supports manually.
