Very bad print quality with Ultimaker 2 and Small Object

I've a huge problem right now, and i really have no idea how to solve it. I'm trying to print a small cable holder, with is long a total of 53mm, but the quality of the print is quite bad, even at a very slow print speed (15mm/s).

I've tried increasing the temperature of the nozzle, but it seems like the material is getting dragged around a little bit, causing a very bad printing behavior.

I've checked another thread and the forum about the issue, but I'm not able to solve it yet. Any idea?
