UM1 Pause function

I paused a print using Ulticontroller after 3 hours into it and wanted to continue later during the day. However, the print head just stopped at where it was and the filament started oozing out and damaged the print.

Is this a normal behaviour for a Pause function on the UM1 with Ulticontroller? I was expecting the print head to move away to a "safe" position, and then moves back to where it left off when the print is resumed.

Thanks for your reply. Seems like I will need to move the print head manually.
