Short answer, no.

Longer answer: you might be able to make it work if you fit a new Bowden tube, or put a smaller diameter one inside the existing one, and then adjust the tension and spacing of the pressure wheel in the extruder, and then print carefully, and probably quite slowly. But it's not guaranteed to work, and all the parts of the extrusion system are optimized for 3mm filament.
