How can you adjust the 2nd stl file that is merged with the 1st stl file in cura. It puts the 2nd file in the corner & I want it centered. Can this be done?
You cannot in Cura. You have to make sure the two models use the same origin in the software you create the STL with. What software did you create the STLs with?
Hang on a mo... I took "merged ... in Cura" to mean that Cura did the merging. Is this about one STL input file that contains two objects?
To my understanding OP is asking about dual extrusion merge of two STLs in Cura.
Can you show a screenshot of what you mean? I think that would clear things up.

You can drag it with the mouse to wherever you want. It will shove other objects out of the way. Bear in mind that if "one at a time" printing is selected then it imposes quite a large spacing between objects.
