Posted · SolidWorks 2015 printen naar Ultimaker

In SolidWorks 2015 is er de mogelijkheid om rechtstreeks een 3D printer aan te sturen. Het is niet meer nodig om de cad file te openen in een ander programma.

Weet er iemand of dit ook lukt van SW 2015 naar Ultimaker 2 ?

Heeft er iemand ervaring mee?

2de vraag : kan je een Ultimaker 2 rechtstreeks aansturen vanuit een PC, via een usb kabel?

    Ja het kan maar het wordt afgeraden aangezien een usb verbinding veel minder stabiel is dan printen vanaf SD kaart.

    heb het zelf nooit geprobeerd maar je moet in ieder geval in CURA's machine settings UltiGcode veranderen naar (niet 100% zeker) RepRap (marlin)
