Hello from Bosnia and Herzegowina,

my first question is, does anyone from the store or any other section of the company read the forum?

I plan to buy the printer but i have some questions. I wrote a mail and sent it but till now there isn't a response. I understand that they become for sure tons of emails, but it don't costs me to ask here

Is it possible to buy the printer directly from your shop in Geldermalsen because I will be in about two weeks in Netherlands?

Do I have to preorder the printer or do you have it always on stock?

Bosnia is within Europe so you have to pay VAT.

The ordering system will calculate this automatically for you if you enter your shipping details.

You can find a reseller closer to you, like Italy or Germany or buy from us directly.

How long will you be staying in the Netherlands?

You can also have it shipped to the Netherlands, but currently there is a leadtime on the Ultimaker 2 and

it won't help you dodge the VAT..
