Odd pattern on inside surface of print.

I'm seeing odd patterns in my prints some times. Here's a picture of a part I printed. The outside surface is pretty much perfect (A few imperfections here and there but nothing serious). However the inside surface has a pronounced wavy pattern on three of the four sides. On one of the three sides the layers start out smooth then transition to this wavy pattern. Any ideas? The print was done with Cura using the normal profile but I think this is a mechanical issue.
