ich habe seit kurzen das Problem das ich im Druck komische "Wellen" habe und nicht weiss woran es liegen könnte.

Ich drucke mit ABS auf dem Ultimaker Original mit nem DIY Heizbett.

    Die Gewindestange der z-Achse ist nicht sauber zur Motorenachse ausgerichtet. Die beiden Achsen müssen ziemlich präzise konzentrisch zueinander sein damit das regelmässige Muster verschwindet. Häufig hilft es, die z-Mutter mittels Karton o.ä. zu fixieren.

    Ich denke ich habe das Problem gefunden, und zwar hatten die X und Y Achsen spiel und sind anscheinend ab und zu beim drucken minimal mitgewandert. Schrauben nachgezogen, jetzt ist wieder alles fest und der Druck gut.

    An der Gewindestange der Z- Achse habe ich erstmal nichts gemacht, werde es aber im Auge bahlten, danke.

    ohne Welle ;)
