Nozzle blocked

Hi all,

I haven't actually been able to get my Ultimaker 2 to print anything at all, it seems the nozzle is blocked due to the clicking sound when its trying to print, I have tried heating it up to 260 but still nothing. I am not sure how to remove the nozzle for cleaning, I cant seem to find instructions anywhere.

Have you been able to print anything at all?

Are you sure the filament has reached the nozzle? Maybe try to reload the filament, cut the end in order to make it enter easily in the nozzle.
