Feeder disassembly

Hello I am a total newbie at 3d printing ,tried using ninja flex on first print run ,it got twisted so following instruction to try and sort it out at the point now of feeder disassembly instruction say remove one screw on right panel and one screw on back panel done this but cant seem to get panel out ,do you need be quite forceful ?

    you should not need any force, just remove the left motor cover on the inside (1 bolt at the back and 1 at the side panel), then hold the feeder motor, while unscreweing the 4 bolts in the feeder.

    >please update your profile with the printer type you have, I assume you have a Ultimaker2

    Hi MrsP, flexible filament is difficult to work with when using a printer with a Bowden tube like the UM. As a beginner you will save yourself a lot of grief if you buy some "normal" PLA from someone like Faberdashery.co.uk
