Nozzle not working heater error

ultimaker 2 gives me an error , I had some filament ooze in between the wires and everything that power the nozzle so now the white thinn wire is halfway burned . I tried support ticket gives me an error for Europe .

Hi;

you can try the advanced menu and heatup the nozzle. gently feel the tip and feel if it actually heats up. if it does and you get a heater error, your temperature probe (PT100) is broken. if it does not, your heater element is broken.

My pt100 cable is half broken and when I push it in the nozzle heats up for about 20 sec then it stops and I get the error . So im guessing it's the pt100 cable right ?

does it really heat up? so you felt the warmth?

if it does, yes, the pt100 is broken and needs to be replaced.
