I think its a pretty good idea to show the levels for moderators / employees as well, most of them are top posters, but not all. Not showing it kind of defeats the purpose of having the titles in the first place.

Showing the levels is something we could consider, showing level names is something we've turned off for moderators and employees. Luckily everyone will still earn points and badges. Based on the amount of points users are ranked in the people tab.

But where do you see the badges of other people?

Tonight we will run a script to recalculate points. By doing so the badges will also be awarded to users. You will find badges in user profiles, below the profile picture (only when the user is the original poster of a topic), and in the people tab.
