J'ai vu une vidéo aujourdhui d'une boite qui fait du scan d'humain avec une kinect et le soft reconstructme ca avait l'air plutot pas mal comme résultat.

Pour le mode d'emploi il mettent la personne sur une plateforme qu'ils font tourner (a la main) et le prenne depuis plusieurs hauteurs.

Pour info je me suis inscris sur http://www.3dhubs.com/ sur ce site tu peux imprimer a la demande pour des gens.

Donc il te propose un prix, par défaut c'est 10€ (que tu peux changer) + une somme au cm3 0.75€ par défaut que tu peux changer aussi.

Ca me parait déjà beaucoup plus cohérent comme tarif même si pour des petites pièce je trouve que 10€ c'est un peu haut...

It looks like a clever investment... I don't know if you heard about the documentary Called Apocalypse created by the Belgium Tv Network Rtbf. It's very nice they did a serie on the second world war and after that one on the first world war... Very interesting to watch.

Putting your prints on SD is better, especially for high res prints. Due to bandwith constraints in USB 2.0, it sometimes happens that the G-Codes can't be sent to the printer fast enough. This slows the prints down and creates noticable mistakes.

 

Is this limitation the same when using a raspberry Pi with OctoPrint?

Hello,

I tried printing this little guy yesterday but i'm not entirely satisfied with the result.

For the moment i tried two different things mainly in temperature and a bit in speed.

 

The one to the right was my first try:

 

0.1 layer height speed 50mm/s

 

Filament temp: 220°c and bed at 70°c

 

The one to the left my second try was printed at 210°c and i lowered the speed to 80% of 50mm/s on the bottom part just above the feet. And to 60% on the top of the head.

 

Overall the second one looks a bit better but the result of the back and between the legs shows some kind of blobs and layers looking to thick.

 

I noticed while printing that after the feet are done there seems to bit a bit of excess of filament as the nozzle is constantly pushing a kind of blob at the front and the back and this is probably the cause of the bad look. Is this a temperature issue?

Alors c'est normal que les ventilos ne démarrent pas directement c'est dans les réglages expert de Cura.

Par contre si tu les met a 100% et qu'ils ne vont pas y a un soucis. Apres je pense que si tu baisse il vont par intermittence.

Le réglages de base dans Cura c'est ventilo a 100% a partir de 5mm il me semble.

Pour les LEDs qui scintillent il me semble que j'ai vu un sujet dernierement la dessus.

Si tu veux les autres fichiers de la SD (avec le gcode) je les ai sur mon Drive Google je dois pouvoir les partager ou te les envoyer.

Your switch turns the printer off i assume it does the same thing as if you pressed the power button on the printer?

I don't know about this but aren't there any risks of clogging the nozzle or something? Wouldn't it be better to abort the print in the same way you do with the controller?

Maybe you should take a look at OctoPrint: http://octoprint.org/

Install it on a Raspberry Pi add a webcam and monitor your prints remotely...

Oui merci pour le site il a l'air plutot interessant niveau prix. Même si je trouve le prix des raspberry un peu haut (surtout que tu dois en théorie payer la TVA quand ca arrive a la douane sauf si tu passes entre les mailles du filet).

Je pense que j'irais quand meme commander un ou l'autre truc sur le site pour voir ce que ça donne
