  1. HAHA yes happened a couple times. In all fairness to her, we always print over the wifi. We have had a few issues lately and I thought the printer was screwed up again. So happy it was just the flash drive situation
  2. Hey! I actually figured it out. Our power had gone out and the wifi connection got screwed up. We always just use wifi to send over prints. My colleague was using a USB but not leaving it in the printer so that error would end up happening. Best, John
  3. Hi Everyone, Does anyone know what "an error occurred while processing this print job. Line nr = 31391." means? UM3 printing PP Best, John
  4. Hi Everyone, Love my UM3 but the last few months there always seems to be a problem that I have to post about. Currently getting the "Difference between detected height of both PrintCores exceeds realistic values" error message. This led to the realization that the white wire to the capacitive sensor board is broken off. Any advice would be welcome? Best, John
  5. I just wanted to circle back and thank everyone for their advice. I ended up replacing the front and back slider blocks.
  6. Hi Everyone, Does anyone know how thin you can print PP on a UM3? Trying to print a thin mesh but not having much success. Best, John
  7. Somehow the bars started falling out of our Ultimaker 3. Does anyone have experience with this?
  8. Using hairspray works perfectly for me. Haven't damaged a plate since
  9. the adhesion sheets are a nightmare. Takes days for the part to come off in water
  10. I have been having luck with Ultimaker white ABS and spraying the plate with 3Dlac
  11. Hi everyone, We have been having a problem with ABS prints breaking our print plates using the recommended settings. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also do you know if there is a way to keep your print plate warm overnight after a print finishes? Best & thank you, John
  12. Thank you for the response. I tried numerous things from your list. I ended up buying a new print core, switching out the nozzle cover. Been having success again since
  13. Hi Everyone, I have recently had some bad luck printing with Ultimaker PP. I use an Ultimaker 3 (with the most up to date firmware & cura) with ultimaker PP. I have done these prints many times before but recently have had no success. The prints always start off well but towards the middle to end of printing it starts to get splotchy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, John
