  1. Apologies terrypin....I wasn't clear....

Breakaway material is a specific type of material. https://ultimaker.com/materials/breakaway

We are using PLA material, and this is very easy to remove. The image also shows what settings we're using.

Thats what I get from buying used on ebay.  Such is life.  Thanks for the info, I will contact a reseller to see what I can do.

BTW, what kind of a connecter does it use?  USB?  Just curious.

Any hints on how to remove/replace it?  Like directions online?

It has USB on one end and Micro USB on the other.

We found it much easier to remove the camera housing from the printer frame open the case and change the Camera Board ONLY (by un-plugging the micro USB end and replacing). A lot easier than trying to re-route the new cable. Really simple and easy to do.

  3. The only way you would be able to print one at a time is by "stacking" them (one on top of the other). But then, there would be a lot of support involved and it's not the ideal way of printing. It is "do-able" but not practical.

Most 3D printers work using "Layer by Layer" building.

  4. Just a thought, Is your base (glass plate) level? Try running the "Manual Level" in Maintenance.

Looking at the print cores, it could be that the tip of the cores are too far away / too close to the glass (during print).

The bowden tube collets are a bit hit and miss, you're better off looking for a different one on line, we've got the clip that allows the use of a small "zip" tie, which seems to help a lot. 👍

  5. Are you both using Print Core BB0.4 or BB0.8? Are the print cores clean inside?

Are the pipes and guides free from blaokage? I only ask because as a piece of PVA broke off on the underside of our machine (feed paths) underneath the material station and was causing NO end of problems......similar to what you're both having.
