Cura safety protocols

Hello,

So I am trying to do some changes to my PrintrBot Simple Metal, and I need to disable the safety procedures that inhibits the printer when I unplug the extruder, or when I don't use the thermometer built into the hot end of the extruder. Is there any way I can do that by altering the program files? Is there anyone who knows anything about these settings?

The printer is stopped from printing if it is too cold, is there any way I can turn this feature off on the program side. Is there anyone who can point me to the files/location that do that?

What I am using:

Cura 15.02.1
