Print Files from SD Card

We just got the Ultimaker 2 a couple of weeks ago. I've been testing it out, using the files that came on the SD card. Unfortunately, when I loaded a file of my own, it corrupted the card, and I had to format it in order to use it again. Does anyone know where I can get the original files that came with the card? (It included the Ultimaker robot, an earring, the Coffin's Cube, a stackable cup, and a few others.)

The files change throughout the year. They are probably all available on thingiverse and/or youmagine.
