view and edit supports in cura

How can i view the supports in Cura? when I click the enable supports box it doesn't show me a preview? Is there a way to view or even edit the support placement?> Thanks

Support structures are visible in the layer view. Choose 'layers' in the View mode (button on top right).

Support edit I think it's one of the features why people buy simplify3d. It could be really fantastic to have that on cura.

I really want editable support for Cura, but there are a few other features that need to be fixed first.

I tried support structures for the first time today...they dont leave a great finish on the material supported... any advice?

No way. There is already a profile set up for the ultimaker 2. Basically add the file and click print.
