Cracked Print Head Body

Posted · Cracked Print Head Body

After using the Ultimaker 2 for two months, the print head body cracked on the top and bottom pieces. Anyone know where to get the replacement part as I couldn't find it in the ultimaker store. Thanks a lot.

    Most likely the 4 screws were too tight!  Contact here: support.ultimaker.com and they can send you new parts for free.
