Cura won't open

When I try and open Cura, an error message pops up saying:

"Oops! An uncaught exception has occurred"

Then below it says:

I have tried uninstalling Cura, but the error has continued to persist.

Any idea how to get Cura to work?

No idea.... but FYI cura 15.06 is a beta version (but somehow um is not telling you that...) For a stable version get 15.04.

My gut feeling says it'll take a while before new cura will be stable.... but it looks like it will be worth the wait.

The config parser of python does weird shit here. Deleting the preferences file should fix this.

Both 15.06 and 15.10 should be seen as beta versions.
