Ultimaker's_v1.5.7 ???

I think it's just a minor layout change. I'll check when I'll get in the office on monday. And the files will be made public, but as usually they are a bit delayed.

For most things the 1.5.6 schematics should do fine.

Ok, you can use the 1.5.6 schematics. The changes are at the ARDPWR jumper, which should be replaced by an Diode (however, the boards we have here still show a jumper, could be a mistake by production)

Other then that, a few traces have been made wider so there are less faulty boards. But schematic and layout wise it's the same as 1.5.6.

Not yet. But use the 1.5.6 as reference, they are virtually the same.

I'm still pissed that after being promised a v1.5.7 board with my order I got a shoddy, poorly assembled v1.5.6. Flux left on the board, solder spatter, half soddered components, and improperly bent components. I hope you make the 1.5.7 PCB files available soon so I can assemble a new board myself.

If you were promised a 1.5.7 board and didn't get one then you shouldn't be making your own, Ultimaker should fix the mistake.

These changes I have not seen!

Compared with the previous version only changed the number of connectors for fans (3 to 1) and fan power. Photo as an attachment.

I think I see why the cooling fans are burning up, they probably don't like being run at 19V. Any reason not to add a 70 ohm resistor to lower fan's input to 12V ?

Because that only works on a known resister load, which motors are not. They are resister-inductive loads.
