tried printing 1.75 filament on my UM2

shoved the filament in, turned retraction off, and pressed go. printed beautifully

To do a simpe print there's no issue. Retracts also should work. But all the empty space on tube/nozzle/bowden on a real complex print will allow the heat to go up (even more if the filament has accumulated water) and will do really nasty stuff.
