Hallo, meine Suche mit Google war erfolglos, daher frage ich mal hier in die Runde ob jemand eine Idee hat.

Wenn ich ein Teil drucke, zerkratzt mir die düsen beim leer verfahren immer das Teil. Was im Teil selber nicht schlimm ist, aber eben auf der Oberfläche doof aussieht.

Ich meine hier das füllen der Oberfläche in Teilen. Gibt es in cura die Möglichkeit ein Freifahren der Düse dabei zu aktivieren bzw das Routing (Slicen) so zu modifizieren, das er eben nicht sinnlos über das Teil fährt, sondern von einer Seite zur anderen durch druckt? Es würde wir ja auf den obersten Schichten reichen.

Das Z anheben bei Rückzug habe ich aktiv, bringt nur nix, da er bei diesen verfahrwegen nicht den Rückzug aktiviert.

Haben einen Ultimaker 2+ und drucke mit PLA.

    Das kann doch eigendlich gar nicht passieren, wenn zwischen Heitbett und Düse ein Abstand von ca. 0,10mm vorhanden ist.

    Oder meinst Du eher Materialreste die sich auf der Oberfläche manchmal verteilen?

    Also Kalibriert ist das Heizbett nach Anleitung. Drucken Funktioniert ja auch problemlos.

    Aber eben der Kratzer auf der obersten Schicht nervt. Ist etwas unschön anzusehen.

    Kann man solche Einstellungen mit Slic3r oder Simplify3D machen?

    Und da ist es möglich, das er bei jeden verfahr weg Retract + Vertical Lift erfolgt. Ob da jetzt aber überhaupt keine Spur mehr zusehen ist kann ich dir nicht sagen.

    Der Entwickler @Dim3nsioneer des oben genannten Plug-In ist hier in Forum tätig, der kann dir bestimmt weitere Info geben. Ich konnte mir das Plug-In nicht Downloaden? Scheint aber schon recht alt zu sein Version14.07, keine Ahnung ob das noch mit aktuellen Cura Version läuft.

    Das Plugin-Verzeichnis auf der readonly-Wiki ist veraltet. Hier gibt es die neuste Version von RetractWhileCombing inkl. Doku. Allerdings nicht für die aktuellen Cura-Betas, da von offizieller Seite geplant ist/war, in diese Richtung etwas in Cura einzubauen.

    Ich kann es drehen und wenden wie ich will, ich bekomme das mit dem Materialeinzug nicht richtig hin.

    Wie findet man in Cura 2.3.1 die richtigen Werte dafür?

        The UltiMaker S7 is built on the success of the UltiMaker S5 and its design decisions were heavily based on feedback from customers.
         
         
        So what’s new?
        The obvious change is the S7’s height. It now includes an integrated Air Manager. This filters the exhaust air of every print and also improves build temperature stability. To further enclose the build chamber the S7 only has one magnetically latched door.
         
        The build stack has also been completely redesigned. A PEI-coated flexible steel build plate makes a big difference to productivity. Not only do you not need tools to pop a printed part off. But we also don’t recommend using or adhesion structures for UltiMaker materials (except PC, because...it’s PC). Along with that, 4 pins and 25 magnets make it easy to replace the flex plate perfectly – even with one hand.
         
        The re-engineered print head has an inductive sensor which reduces noise when probing the build plate. This effectively makes it much harder to not achieve a perfect first layer, improving overall print success. We also reversed the front fan direction (fewer plastic hairs, less maintenance), made the print core door magnets stronger, and add a sensor that helps avoid flooding.
         

         
        The UltiMaker S7 also includes quality of life improvements:
        Reliable bed tilt compensation (no more thumbscrews) 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi A 1080p camera (mounted higher for a better view) Compatibility with 280+ Marketplace materials Compatibility with S5 project files (no reslicing needed) And a whole lot more
