Cura 2.1.2 - No Ulti-Quality Option for UM2 Extended+ ?

Good Morning everyone.

Can anybody tell me why there is no Ulti-Quality Option available for an UM2 Extended+ ?

I clicked on every nozzle-type but could not find it.

UltiQuality does no longer exist on Cura 2.1X versions

The higher resolution is 60 microns with the High Quality profile but you create one by yourself if you need though.

Usually we don't print a lot under 60microns resolution

But it seems to be not quite correct because I found the Ulti-Quality-Option in Cura 2.1.2 when selecting an UM2 as printer.

Since I thought my new UM2+ Extended is technically equal or better in its printing quality compared to the UM2 I was wondering why there is no Ulti-Quality-Option offered when you select an UM2+ Extended as a printer.
