Layers view always only 1,

Preview time always 0

reinstall is also not work.How can I do?

What are your machine settings?

Also, if you change View Mode to X-Ray, do you see any Red areas? Those would be problems with the model that need to be fixed. It could cause it to not slice.

Red area's shouldn't cause the model to not slice. I'm guessing that this is a Cura version that is developed by someone else. You could try the latest 15.04.6 and see if the problem persists there.

15.04.6 did it too. It happened to me at the same time that win10 wanted to update. After the update and reboot 15.04.6 worked fine (and has continued to do so).
