Cura 2.3 for UM2go

It's great see that there are user adjustable machine settings when you add a UM2go in CURA 2.3

Could you also allow those of us who have installed an Olsson block to add the Nozzle & Material section to the settings tree.

Same goes for a standard UM2 or UM2 Extended with an Olsson block.

Oh wow. The machine settings shouldn't be editable. That's a bug!

If you select a UM2+ family machine you should be able to select your nozzle type from a drop down menu.
