UM2+ noise while printing

Hi.

We have upgraded recently UM2 to UM2+. Today we have observed that the printer was making noise while printing.

Rather than trying to describe the noise I link a video:

Is this a lubrication problem?

Hi

I have the same problem, although mine sounds more like a squeak than yours.

I've had my 2+ for about 3 weeks now with quite a bit of use.  I've tried to find help on lubrication, but can't seem to find any info on it.  Can some one point me in the right direction?

I just did the Ultimaker 2+ Extruder Upgrade on my Ultimaker 2

Here's the sound mine is making on retractions

 

I'm wondering if the ferrite clamp isn't around the extruder motor wire...? Or something else?

Well I opened the electronics bay and checked everything over again....ferrite is around all the motor wires.

Perhaps...that's just how an Ultimaker 2+ sounds?
