Ultimaker 2+ Feeder

Dear Community,

I have an Ultimaker 2+ Extended and I wanted to buy an additional Feeder (the geared plus version). My german reseller Igo3d told me, he has not the permission from Ultimaker to sell the feeder, only when I send in a broken one.

Is that correct? And why?

That is indeed not what the current policy is, as far as I know.

Could you let me know who / what company (iGo3 themselves?) you have spoken with in a DM? - if you click my profile you can send me a message.

I will see what the options are for you. I believe you should be able to buy the parts from the reseller.
