How do I change material temperature setting?

I can set what nozzle/build plate temperature for each type of material in UM2. I can't find the same option in the UM3. Where is it?

On the UM3 those settings have been moved back to Gcode again so you set those in Cura, not on the printer.

I suppose that's because the 99% of the users don't reuse the gcode for other materials. And the truth is that every material needs more settings than just temp/fan.

If they concluded this (I'm just guessing) shouldn't make sense to just do the same on um2/um2+ and keep moving forward?
